Alyssa Senn  was drawn to Pilates not only for its physical benefits but for the mental clarity it brought into her life. Through focused movement and breath, she found a practice that helped her reduce stress, build confidence, and stay grounded in the present moment. That sense of calm and strength continues to guide her teaching. Alyssa believes transformation begins when we slow down, listen inward, and move with intention.


Her classes are approachable, thoughtful, and quietly challenging. She introduces new movement patterns in bite-sized ways—sparking curiosity without overwhelm—while helping clients tune into how exercises feel rather than how they look. Whether it's strength, lightness, or simply a better mood, Alyssa hopes each person leaves The School of Pilates feeling more connected to their body and proud of what they accomplished.
