Teacher Training in Naperville, IL
Become a Pilates Instructor with the Confidence and Skill to Build a Career around it
A 500-hour program built around real mentorship, real clients, and a clear path from student to confident instructor.
What Makes this Program Different
Most programs teach you what Pilates is. This one teaches you how to teach it — and then actually puts you in front of clients to do it.
You won't be memorizing exercises or repeating scripted cues. You'll be learning how to look at a body, understand what you're seeing, and make informed decisions in real time — that's what separates a good instructor from one who just runs through a sequence.
And the support structure is built around that philosophy. Clients are provided, hours are structured, and everything happens in one place. You're not piecing together your practice hours on your own — the program is designed so that by the time you're certified, you've already been teaching.
- Learn to assess movement and make real-time decisions
- Develop genuine teaching skills through direct feedback and mentorship
- Teach real clients inside the program — no sourcing required
- Build toward the NPCP certification within a fully supported structure
