Anna Mulrooney

Instructor

Anna Mulrooney  brings over two decades of experience as a speech-language pathologist to her teaching, integrating an intricate understanding of breath, posture, and movement into every session. After years of yoga and the physical challenges of motherhood, she returned to Pilates seeking reconnection—and stayed because of its power to transform how we live in our bodies. Her practice reflects The School of Pilates ethos: precision layered with curiosity, and structure that supports everyday freedom.

Anna is committed to lifelong learning and continues to study anatomy, physical therapy, and functional movement as part of her dual professional path. Her classes honor classical sequencing and the value of repetition, inviting clients to build fluency through experience. Whether guiding a group or working 1:1, she helps students recognize how movement practiced with intention becomes part of how they move through the world—with confidence, clarity, and ease.
