Jennifer Broughton

Instructor

Jennifer Broughton  discovered Pilates more than 20 years ago while seeking relief from chronic hip and sciatic pain. After just six months of consistent mat practice, she was pain-free—and hooked. Inspired by the clarity and strength she gained, Jennifer deepened her practice with reformer classes and eventually pursued teacher training to share what had changed her life. Her style is grounded in classical structure, beginning each School of Pilates class with footwork and closing with pelvic tilt and running to create a rhythm clients can return to again and again.

She teaches with warmth, purpose, and flow—guiding students to move with intention, connect breath to movement, and build from the fundamentals. Jennifer believes that movement is life and that everyone brings something unique to the practice. Her goal is to meet clients exactly where they are, helping them leave The School of Pilates feeling taller, more energized, and better equipped to move through their day.
