Meghan Conti

Meghan Conti  brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to teaching at The School of Pilates. Her own journey began through rehabilitation after the birth of her first child, when Pilates helped her recover from diastasis and manage a spine condition. Experiencing firsthand how intelligent, structured movement could restore strength and confidence inspired her to share that same experience with others.


Grounded in a clear framework while remaining responsive to each class, Meghan meets students where they are and helps them progress with purpose. She encourages curiosity—asking not just how to move, but why the body feels the way it does—believing that understanding the body is an important part of helping it heal. Her classes are designed to leave clients feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to themselves with every session.
